By accessing and using ConvergeQA (convergeqa.net), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.
ConvergeQA reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email at least 30 days before the revised terms take effect when practical. Your continued use of the service following the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must discontinue use before the effective date.
ConvergeQA is a multi-LLM comparison and review platform that enables users to submit content to multiple large language models simultaneously for comparison, iterative refinement, and critique.
ConvergeQA may transmit user-submitted content to the following third-party AI providers for processing, depending on the selected review mode and model configuration:
The available models and the third-party LLM providers behind them may be added, removed, or changed at any time without advance notice. The current list is always available at convergeqa.net/providers.
All output generated by ConvergeQA is AI-generated and NOT reviewed by human operators. You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and validating all output before use.
To use ConvergeQA, you must create an account. You agree to:
ConvergeQA uses a credit-based account model. The Account page shows your current credit balance, available credit packs, and any trial or admin-granted credits.
| Action | Credit Use | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Trial access | 10 trial credits | Trial credits are promotional and may be limited to one trial per user or organization. |
| Budget review round | 1 credit | A completed usable Compare, Iterate, or Critique review round consumes one credit. |
| Premium review round | 2 credits | Premium models are available to accounts with sufficient credits. |
| Larger or high-token reviews | May require 3 or more credits | Some PDFs, PowerPoints, long documents, speaker notes, hidden text, tables, or layout extraction can produce unexpectedly high token counts. ConvergeQA will show a notice when extra credits are required before the review runs. |
| Continuation rounds | Same as the selected model tier | Continuing Iterate or Critique uses another completed review round. |
| Downloads and exports | 0 credits | Downloading a completed bundle or report does not consume credits. |
Credit packs: Self-service credit packs are available from the Account page. Credit pack options and pricing may change as provider prices, model availability, and usage patterns change.
Credit expiration: Purchased credits expire 12 months after purchase. Admin-granted credits expire 12 months after grant unless the grant states otherwise. Trial credits follow the expiration shown in your Account page or written trial terms.
Student and Enterprise accounts: Student access may receive discounted or promotional credit terms. Enterprise access may include shared credits, admin grants, team administration, and service-account workflows by written arrangement.
You agree not to use ConvergeQA for any illegal, unethical, or harmful purposes, including but not limited to:
Violations of this policy may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.
Note: This Section 5 constitutes the Acceptable Use Policy referenced elsewhere in these Terms.
Content submitted to ConvergeQA is transmitted to external LLM providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, xAI, Perplexity) for processing. These providers may retain data in accordance with their own privacy policies. ConvergeQA assumes no responsibility for data breaches, unauthorized access, or misuse by third-party LLM providers.
Note: Although ConvergeQA is operated by Tuscaloosa Primary Care LLC, the ConvergeQA platform is a standalone software service with no connection to medical practice operations. No medical services, patient care, or clinical data processing is provided through ConvergeQA.
"Confidential Information" means any non-public information disclosed by either party to the other in connection with the service, including but not limited to: Input submitted by you, account credentials, API keys, business processes, and proprietary data.
Important limitation: Content you submit to ConvergeQA is transmitted to third-party LLM providers for processing. While ConvergeQA treats your Input as Confidential Information within its own systems, ConvergeQA cannot guarantee that third-party LLM providers will treat your Input as confidential. You should not submit information that you cannot risk being processed by third-party AI providers.
Please refer to our Privacy Policy for a complete explanation of how we collect, use, and protect your data.
ConvergeQA's servers and primary data processing are located in the United States. If you are accessing ConvergeQA from outside the United States, your data will be transferred to and processed in the United States.
If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA) or United Kingdom, data transfers are conducted pursuant to the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs). A copy of our SCCs is available upon request by contacting [email protected].

Audit reports provide a review record with a unique Report ID when available for the selected review mode and completion state. Public verification pages may show report metadata and review-record status, but do not prove that the reviewed content is true and should not disclose user-submitted document content. Reports are verifiable at convergeqa.net/verify/<report_id>.
Note on report verification access: Anyone with the report ID can access the verification endpoint. Report IDs are generated using randomized UUIDs and are not sequential or guessable. However, you should treat your report IDs as confidential if your reports contain sensitive information. Do not share report URLs publicly unless you intend for the report to be accessible.
Developer, API, and service-account workflows are available only for approved accounts while the agent workflow remains in Beta. Additional terms apply:
ConvergeQA strives to maintain high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. We do not offer a formal Service Level Agreement (SLA) at this time. Planned maintenance windows will be communicated in advance via email and our status page.
ConvergeQA's service depends on the availability of third-party LLM providers. Outages or degraded performance from these providers may affect ConvergeQA's functionality. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party service interruptions.
ConvergeQA is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any express or implied warranties. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ConvergeQA's total aggregate liability to you for any and all claims arising from your use of the service is limited to the greater of (a) the total fees you paid to ConvergeQA in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) fifty U.S. dollars ($50.00).
In no event shall ConvergeQA, Tuscaloosa Primary Care LLC, or their officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for:
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you to the extent prohibited by applicable law.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ConvergeQA, Tuscaloosa Primary Care LLC, and their officers, directors, employees, and agents from any third-party claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and costs (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to:
Before filing any formal claim, you agree to first contact ConvergeQA at [email protected] and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for a period of at least 30 days.
If the dispute is not resolved informally, you agree that all disputes arising from these Terms or your use of ConvergeQA shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered under the Consumer Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), conducted in Tuscaloosa County, Alabama. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding. Arbitration fees shall be allocated in accordance with the AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules; where those rules require ConvergeQA to bear the costs of arbitration, ConvergeQA will do so.
You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis only. You waive any right to bring claims as a plaintiff or class member in any class action, collective action, or representative proceeding.
Either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm pending the outcome of arbitration. Additionally, claims within the jurisdiction of a small claims court may be brought in such court in lieu of arbitration.
