About the Founder

John Dustin Sheppard, MD is a husband, father, PCA Ruling Elder, and physician board-certified in Emergency Medicine and Obesity Medicine. With over 20 years of clinical experience, he has worked at the intersection of medicine, informatics, and operations throughout his career. He is the founder of Tuscaloosa Primary Care, Medical Director of the PhiferCares Clinic and serves as CMO of the Alabama Fire College overseeing the training of EMTs and Paramedics. ConvergeQA grew out of his frustration with the limitations of AI-generated content and a desire to wisely and carefully leverage this amazing technology.
