ConvergeQA is a document review and quality-assurance platform for documents from many domains. It is not a HIPAA-covered service and should not be used with protected health information.
Do not submit PHI, patient identifiers, secrets, or sensitive regulated data. Users are responsible for de-identifying content before submission.
Review output is AI-generated and has not been reviewed by a human unless a separate human review is explicitly arranged outside the standard ConvergeQA workflow.
This page identifies categories of third-party providers that may process submitted content or support the ConvergeQA service. It is intended for transparency and may be updated as providers change.
Model providers are listed separately from formal subprocessors or supporting service categories. A provider appearing here does not mean it is used for every review.
The exact provider used for a given review may depend on the selected mode, model tier, template, availability, and product configuration. Review artifacts identify the model panel used when that metadata is available.
Review content may be sent to one or more AI model providers as part of Compare, Iterate, Critique, synthesis, or related review workflows. These are possible model providers, not a statement that every provider is used for every review.
These categories describe service providers that may support account, billing, hosting, support, security, delivery, or operations. Their formal subprocessor status depends on the applicable service relationship and policy context.
